A Season of Change…

Things are moving fast and changing quickly in our lives right now. I haven’t had much time to get on here and write – there has been so much going on…both emotionally, and mentally, not to mention physically as well.

Between 3 kids who are in soccer – We were at soccer 4 nights a week, and also some Saturdays for the last 4 months. Our vehicle was broken into and my phone and wallet stolen, so I was replacing 5 health cards, my licence and all my other personal info.

My oldest son who is 8.5 years old had a bedwetting issue. We started using a bedwetting alarm and I was having to wake up with him 3-5 times a night for 2-3 weeks in May, and then down to once a night in June. We have saw some progress, and we have just had 8 dry nights!

I had a disagreement with my best friend and her fiance, who I have known since I was 12 years old – it was a very emotional time for me. I don’t want to argue with people. So I have just kept to myself now, but I feel as though I have lost a big part of my life.

Our church family is going through some major changes. Quite a few families have left  and we are dispersing. We will most likely be having to find a new church home, hopefully with some of the church family we have known. But again, I feel as though I am losing a big part of my life, I worked/volunteered at church quite often. I was on Sunday School, Nursery, I did the weekly bulletin, and also helped with serving and refreshments, that is a big part of my life that will be over now.

My husbands Mom used to live 8 hours away in a beautiful little town on the St. Lawrence river. My husband and I would go up there and go canoeing and it was so beautiful. But she has since met someone – which we are so happy for her – but she has moved, I will miss that spot, it truly was beautiful.

Physically, I have been on a mission to prove to myself that you can repair your abdomen muscles after giving birth. I have been taking part in a total lifestyle transformation. I have completely changed the way I eat and exercise and have been feeling great! But I work out for 2-3 hours a day, so that doesn’t leave me much time to write on top of taking care of 3 children and a husband.

Soccer is all done now, and I am all done my 15 day challenges – I did two back to back, so hopefully, I can find the time get back on here and start posting daily! I have so many things I want to share! There are big changes going on right now! And I am learning so much! I am so thankful for the opportunity to grow, and I am also thankful for having Jesus in my life – I don’t know where I’d be the last few months if it weren’t for him!
